Maintain full and proper books of account and records showing clearly all enquiries, transactions, proceedings and contacts.
Assist in the collection of payments due from customers.
Keep the principal informed of its activities and progress and provide such other information and co-operation as the Principal may request from time to time.
Keep up to date with information on- Market conditions, trends and developments, competitors and their activity and other market information relating to the Territory.
In all of our acts and conduct, promote and protect the interests of the Principal & as well as the buyer without showing any biasness.
